The staff is incredibly nice, supper friendly. The rooms are nicely refurbished and new-fashioned with very comfortable bed, a lovely view, for instance.

tram line under reconstruction, didnt know, walked all the way from last metro station to hotel, after first day realised there is a bus to replace the tram.

It was really really nice stay, I liked fresh food.
The room was nicely refurbished with an electric kettle, a fridge and glassware. The breakfast was tasty and you could choose from bread, eggs and bacon. The service here was good. The check in was early, the staff was pretty friendly and outstandingly accommodating.

The rooms were spacious and the complimentary fruit bowl was a nice touch. I did not find time to use the ammenities but everything seemed to be of a high quality
Just a little too far out from the main centre. But the tram service was good and directly outside the front of the hotel

Fine views from the Tower Bar, unique architectural interior, large garden dining area
A lot of focus is needed on improving the soundproofing in rooms!!! The perception of cleanliness should be re-evaluated since some rooms could use a serious deep clean!!!

A shuttle airport service was advertised. Instead only paid taxi was available from hotel, regular taxi from airport.
